The 2005 “Bangers and Beans” fun night charity event was held in the Paissandu Club on 24th June. There was more than enough food for “seconds” all round. The weather was cool, the music was hot - and the calories were soon burned away rockin’ an’ a reelin’ to Serginho’s selection of golden oldies interspersed with jigs and reels.

Attendance was down a bit with other activities on the same night, but the dance floor was never empty right up till “Auld Lang Syne” at two in the morning.

An attractive selection of the educational material which we received from the British Council ( Scotland) was on display at the entrance.
