How to place a classified ad
Please call Gaynor at the BCS office: 21 2537-6695 or send her an e-mail: bcsrio@bcsrio.org.br. Once the price of the ad has been confirmed you can click on the Other Payments link to download your payment slip which can be printed out and paid at a bank or via your personal online banking. Please make sure you fill in all the details on the payment slip (name, nature of payment) so that we can identify it easily.
All ads must be paid for before publication, and proof of payment sent by fax or email to the BCS office by the 20th of the month, for publication the following month. If we do not receive proof of payment your ad will not be published.

Discounts are available for purchase of a series of 6 consecutive adverts or more, subject to advance payment in full.

How to send eletronic files for Umbrella special size ads:
- CD Rom or internet
- All ads are black & white; grayscale accepted. All images (logos, photos, etc) in resolution 300 dpi
- Files in .cdr (Corel Draw) or .ai (Adobe Illustrator) format, in the exact size of the ad. Very important to convert all fonts to curves.
Or:
- File in the exact size of the ad with extension .tif ou .jpg (Photoshop), resolution 300 dpi.

How to pay for your ad
Bank deposit: Unibanco ag: 0309, account: 120294-9 for The British and Commonwealth Society of Rio de Janeiro. Please send us a copy of the receipt by fax: 21 2522-8164 or e-mail: the.umbrella@terra.com.br
Click on Other Payments, to get an invoice from the BCS website. Fill in the form with your details and click on “generate slip”.
